Overall pretty clean, nice staff, and good breakfast. We rented a suite with the jacuzzi tub, which was a bit outdated and one of the jets in the tub didn’t work. It was nice for the price.

Excellent facility within a stunning architectural beauty! Building dates back to 1845 and the modernization is beautiful while still maintaining original features. Large spacious suites with vaulted ceilings and so very comfortable. Close to Progressive Field and many other amenities/locations. Not very far from the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame...good walk or quick Uber/drive. Would definitely go back to this hotel!

Fabulous night in Cleveland. This hotel is a historic building - it used to be a bank and the charm and elegance of the main lobby reflect that. The elevators are a bit small, historic you know, but the soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful draperies make up for it!

Had a corner room on the 15th floor, high ceilings were great and the room layout wa good. Would prefer a shower rather than a tub and install some USB ports somewhere please.

Hotel was close to all the things that i wanted and the room was amazing. The air conditioning must have been broken, i was up all night sweating and while eating breakfast was sweating as well.
