"The hotel staff were wonderful and attentive from check in to check out. It was very busy at check in and the line to valet park at the hotel was long. They offered us to wait or self park. Dinner and breakfast were included with different food options. The room was spacious and very clean. Great location downtown."

"If you need a place to lay your head for a few hours, this hotel is affordable and clean but no frills. I much prefer the indoor corridor rooms for safety and quiet. There's a McDonald's next door. The parking lot facing I-90 feels sketchy at times. The clerk was quite friendly and check in was easy."

"The hotel in general was nice. Everything was clean. The man at the front desk wasn't extremely friendly, although he got us checked in quickly. He wasn't rude or anything, but also not as friendly as some other places we've stayed. I've seen better, but also I've seen worse. The room in general was fine. A few little wear and tear items, but nothing crazy. Everything was clean and done well in the room, but there was a massive crack in the bathroom sink that was sealed up with a brownish...

"The bathroom needed a good deep cleaning. Did not know there would be no amenities until we get there. Need to do some paving in all of the parking lots! Need to tell people before hand, even if it is because of covid ! "
