Staff was great, room was great, and they offer free breakfast and dinner. The food was typical hotel food but it was very convenient for us (we only ate breakfast bc we were out at ballgame). We would definitely stay here again!

Property was "secure" as far as preventing unauthorized persons from entering hotel w/o staff knowledge, and was quiet despite being downtown.

The best part of this stay was the staff. VERY friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, and we have nothing bad to say. If I was going to Pittsburgh again, and I very well might, I will stay here.
