The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food is so good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was housekeeping just tried opening our door without knocking and stating who they were. Other than that our stay was great,

Overall the room was great. Loved that a Starbucks was on site. The staff was ok just not super welcoming. The worst part was the parking. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I’ve had to pay for parking on top of the room price. Maybe you should disclose that parking isn’t included in price of room.

Hotel was fine for the most part, however the trash hadn’t been emptied and requested cleaning for our second day never happened. The staff was lovely, but the shower was wonky and the carpet was obviously old and looked overly worn.
