"This was our first time staying here and we were very impressed with the resort. Check in and check out was easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The casino area was very nice. The only problem that we saw was that the girls weren’t coming around to take our drink orders and when we did order they never came back. There were places to grab an easy bite and some shopping as well. We would definitely come back! "

"Good hotel, room is fine, no glasses for drinking, only paper coffee cups. Noisy on the train station side. Gym and piol are good but attendant asked my daughter to leave long before posted closing time. Steakhouse is good but not great especially for the price. The bananas foster presentation is good but the actual dessert is poor and inauthentic."

"1st time staying at J resort loved it. We got the 2 queens family suite perfect for our family stay.nice little fridge for drinks and milk for kids. The living room is connect thru a door so its not one whole open space which we didnt mind "

"We stay in Reno every time we ski and love this little hotel so much. We’ve been here 3 times and it’s an unassuming place that’s packed with goodness. By far, our favorite place. There is a nice guest lounge with a billiards table, an espresso machine, and a warm indoor pool that my kids absolutely love. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. "Really exceptional service. Everyone was very courteous. Ron, Raquel, Christopher, Isiah, Yasmine, Penny, and everyone really were very considerate. They made us very comfortable, especially as a family with special needs child. Kids loved the indoor heated pool and adults loved the sauna. Discovery Museum is on a walking distance.
