The front desk clerk was possibly the most friendly clerk I have ever encountered, and we travel a lot! And the management must be doing some effective training with the staff, because every single employee we saw greeted us and were so friendly! I saw that this really makes an impact on how you feel about your stay at a hotel. So hats off to this hotel for making...

"It's a good place to book for a quick stay. I called on a package that arrived a day after I left; the guy who took my call was rude. I asked about the status of my package and he had no clue. I had filled out a form to have it re-shipped. Communication needs to be better among staff to ensure a good follow-up experience."

"The entire experience was amazing! Staff were friendly, engaged, and went out of their way to meet my needs. Everything was convenient from parking, room location, ice etc. In addition the pool and hot tub were well maintained and had a nice vide for everyone. One snag is I got locked in the elevator but rhe staff were quick to respond, had the fire department deployed, and made sure I was okay upon my release. They comped my room and were very apologetic! "
