"I stay here every year when I’m in Syracuse for a trade show. This year I was a little surprised that they were under massive construction and wasn’t noted before I arrived but excited to see the new upgrades. Their customer service is better than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at. It snowed (like it always does in Syracuse) and when I went out to my truck I realized my truck windows were cleaned off, then I looked around the parking lot and saw they did everyone’s. Top notch!! "This is far from a luxury hotel, and certain aspects are in need of repair, but we keep returning here for a myriad of reasons. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the room has everything we need for a one or two night stay and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you have everything you need, which I cannot say for a lot of the other hotels in the area.
