The pool was chilly and dirty, it had a scum line on the wall at the water line. There are no clocks or microwaves in the rooms. You had to go down to the front lobby if you wanted to use a communal microwave, very inconvenient especially when you are on the upper floors. "The manager Jennifer was amazing!!! She was so kind and generous and really cared about us. We were staying there because my husband had to have surgery at a near by hospital. They were so accommodating!!!"

"The Jacuzzi had only one jet working. Otherwise everything was great. Staff arranged breakfast early on Sunday at around 6 am which helped us since our daughter had swim meet starting at 7 am. Really appreciate it."
