Water barely ran from the sink and the water did not drain from the bathtub when I took a shower. When I notified the front desk, they promised me someone would fix it that day. They didn't and for the second time I took a shower with water pooled around my ankles. When I called to speak to the manager, it went to voice mail. Holiday Inn in Portland, Oregon was a major disappointment. Don't go to this one.

Dirty, soap and hand wash empty. No blankets or pillows for the hideabed. Asked for them to bring us those things. No one ever did. Called twice. Couldn’t find where to turn up heat. Froze while sleeping. Dirty and so outdated!
