"The property was maintained to a level. I have never seen at a hotel before clean. Excellent service. Staff were unbelievably nice and accommodating Restaurant’s was great the Wagyu burger there one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in years."

"The room was immaculate and modern. The staff anticipated our needs several times and was so quick to respond. ~~ Our TV remote wouldn't work. A staff member was in our room within five minutes of my call with fresh batteries. Unfortunately, that didn't remedy the problem and he left. When he came back moments later, he tried one more time with another device and then asked us if we would mind moving to another room. He had the key with him! He also checked the TV before he left. ~~~ Finally, I asked him if we could get a late checkout since we were catching their airport shuttle at noon. He said it's already done. I did it when you booked the shuttle! OUTSTANDING! Stay here! Give the staff a raise."
