"Both the staff and the policies of Orleans Hotel seem friendly, like staying with friends. They allowed me an early check-in (via self service check-in machine). They also allowed me a 1 hour late checkout (noon instead of 11am). For my $15.00 food credit, I got a huge bowl of oatmeal, including an 18% tip was all less than $15.00. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay."

"I will give this hotel an A+++++++ because of the cleanliness and the awesome customer service. The only down fall was paying for parking and the elevator. Everything else was awesome. Awesome breakfast in the morning was a plus also. "
