The hotel was clean and conveniently next to Allegiant Stadium and just across the freeway from the Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the hotel needing some maintenance and upgrades (elevator not working, some parts of room wall peeling, etc.).

Everything good. Breakfast good. Breakfast lady was very nice and very productive. Lobby staff very helpful. Rooms no troubles and no insects. We stayed here for 5 days. Thank you guys.

Overall the hotel it self is very decent. Close to fast food restaurants, gas station, etc. Receptionist Tray was very nice and accommodating to us as we arrived late. He is very nice and friendly!

Our stay was for only one night. The beds were really comfortable and overall the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the open coffee and tea station. Breakfast was good. Not many options BUT it was enough because it was only for a short stay so this hotel is very convenient if you have a short stay. The hotel had a good location because downtown was ca. 20 min away by walking. And in-n-out burgers were right across the hotel.

Holiday Inns anywhere never misses the expectation. This area was not different. The staff were very helpful the minute we arrived. The amenities were exceptional. They had a complimentary breakfast which offered a lot of choices for breakfast. The surrounding areas were walkable as well. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Very clean property and room. We stayed in the king room, which had fridge, keurig, microwave. Very quiet at night which was a plus for Vegas lol every where we've stayed before other guests are out in the halls screaming and being loud all hours of the night. I never once heard outside traffic noise either and we were facing a busy street. The staff was extremely kind and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Tv box behind tv blocking signal so couldn’t turn tv unless I put the remote behind the tv to turn it breakfast was okay for what was offered on the days I stayed price of a bottle water is outrageous $3.50 for a single water bottle is a little ridiculous in my opinion

Pretty affordable and nice place to stay off the strip. Was there for a convention so didn't want to pay the resort fees. Breakfast was really good and most of the tenants were honest working folks, not Vegas party people. Some street noise with cars/traffic but otherwise, good spot to stay.
