Room and floor was listed as smoke free, after arriving; room smelled like smoke. Elevator didn’t work and property didn’t appear to be the safest place to be. I ended up having to leave the next day due to not feeling it was a safe or clean place to stay. No way to get back the money that was prepaid to stay there for 4 days. I know projects in the south side of Chicago that were cleaner and safer to stay at.

I like the parking lot with easy parking in oposite to other properties I visited. I didn't like dirty room's window, bathroom that was so small, it was difficult to get in and out. I didn't like the faucet hangin loose in the sink, and shower with black "crown" requiering at least some caulk job

The staff was great. Everyone from the 2 shuttle drivers, the front desk rep, security, and the cleaning staff, & casino workers. All were so kind. I give them a huge Thank you. The cons were the state of the hotel. I understand it's an older building however, there were bugs (Gnats, I think) in our room coming out of the moldy and mildew areas of the bathroom. The bathroom has a significant amount of mold. The smoke detector was tampered with prior to our stay and you can definitely hear everything going on in the hall way from inside your room.

Hotel rooms were comfy and clean. Staff were friendly. Not many food options if you get in late. Elevator wasn’t working so it was a trek to the hotel room. A good jaunt from the Strip.
