"It was a welcome surprise to find the strong emphasis on environmental responsibility at this hotel. The decor was modern and very pleasant, plants, gardens and fishponds to experience. Most of the roofs were covered with solar panels. Bicycles were available for use, and purified water was freely available. The room was modernized (this is a fairly old building) and thoughtfully equipped. The only drawback was the busy road next to the room and the sound of airplanes from the nearby airport. Altogether an excellent experience! "

"Check-in was super fast and easy. Michael was very helpful in setting up the luau. The resort is beautiful surrounded by amazing flowers and tropical foliage. The pools are spacious and kept very clean. Even though the hotel is not new, it is kept very well maintained. The mantra ray night snorkeling adventure is right off the hotel, also. "

"Our cottage was at the edge of the jungle, and we fell asleep both evenings to lovely birds singing throughout the night. The water dripping from wet leaves onto the rooftop was also soothing."
