"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "

"I stayed here last month for a night. I was quite surprised by their service. They learnt my name and my route just in a morning. It was very touching when they offered a cold welcome drink and fresh towel in the hot day in Hanoi. Lovely hotel!"

"Located above a coffee shop, this apartment was a nice size for a backpacking couple. There are no elevators, so be ready to climb some stairs. Our room came with everything we needed for our stay. "Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time...

Stunning hotel; great service in a great location

"We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. There are 4 reception desks so checking in and out was quick. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous marble bathroom. We loved the rooftop Skybar with an incredible view and great drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of Western and Asian options. The hotel is very centrally located in the old Quarter of Hanoi and we walked everywhere. We highly recommend staying here!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Solaria! Ryan, Grace and the other staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to offer recommendations and tips about the area and made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was great for relaxing and enjoying a drink. Highly recommend Solaria for your trip to Hanoi!"
