"We loved our stay here. Very charming:) and the staff was all great! Downside was no pool for my daughter but they did give her a stuff bear which we thought was super cute. We’re very grateful for them for being so kind to her and my family. Another downside was there’s no driveway. Our Uber had to drop us off across the street and we had to cross with our luggages. But the staff helps you carry them which was very helpful. They also reload your snacks and drinks in your room for free! We enjoyed trying the different snacks we don’t usually have back home. We would recommend this hotel. The staff is outstanding and the place is beautiful! "

"We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this location and had no issues with our room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family trip to London, which included a lot of site seeing. We took the express train (just a short walk- a block or two away to the Victoria Train Station) to get to London Garrick Airport when we left, which was very convenient. It was a pricey stay, but that is to be expected in this area of London and the rates were comparable to similar hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
