"Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow."

"Overall a great hotel. But the main road outside is quite busy and a little disturbing during the night. That said, the wellness area was excellent as was the breakfast. We would stay there again. "

"Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful "

The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. I will recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, suggesting a leisurely bike ride with the complementary bikes provided by te hotel. The rooms were spacious and airy and impeccably clean. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A hearty breakfast with a great selection each morning, including freshly made eggs. Snacks available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff. "Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby.
