"Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. "This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"We stayed in the chic side of the lodge, which is a slightly elevated hotel room rather than a hostel. It was not luxurious but it was clean, quiet and roomy with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was simple. It is not located in the village of Grindelwald but with the free bus pass, it is easy to get back and forth. It is next to the Terminal which is great for getting the train and the Top of Europe cable car. Overall, it was good for us but might not be everyone’s cup of tea."
