It a luxurious place with outstanding views and service. I would extend my appreciation to all the staff and specially for Mr. Saleem. Thx for making my stay beyond my expectations. The bar staff was pretty cold and disinterested in serving us since all we wanted was ice cream. But everyone else was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms were very nice. About a 10 minute walk from the train station so very convenient.

The receptionists were pleasant. Nice lobby/ interior decor. Very nice, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Love having a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Really good buffet breakfast, and love their selection of teas. Served the best buffet breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week Switzerland trip.

Lovely hotel with a room with a view of the Eigor. Room was lovely but only had one european socket the rest were swiss. Good ammenties in the room and bathroom. Would of liked more lighting in the room it was quite dark. Nice pool and spa area and staff were really helpful. They pick you up and take you back to the station if needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a good central nice hotel.
