"This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge."

The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! Loved our room with a balcony for us to have drinks on before dinner. Won’t bore you with the rest,...
