"This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. But if you are just in Trieste overnight to catch a cruise you would be better staying in Trieste as this place is 20-30 minutes away from cruise port. Also the train drop off is a 20 minute walk down steep hill and stairs to get to hotel. There were no cabs in sight. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. A cab to terminal costs about 30 euros. "Wonderful boutique hotel. Reception staff were discreet but very helpful when engaged. Elegant breakfast included. Our suite seemed a little dated with carpeting and older feel but was comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was big and modern. Amazing location as well. I would definitely return but would ensure to get one of the more updated rooms.
