"Beautiful luxurious hotel facing the harbour. Room had great sea view but huge cruise ships dock right in front of hotel so view partially obscured when ships are in. Room very clean but there were ugly stains on the carpet where someone had spilled something - carpet should have been professionally cleaned, seeing as this is a high-end hotel and stains were unsightly.
