"Our suite was very roomy, extremely well supplied and the hotel is in a excellent location. The only issue is the confusion on check in, which is not at the Palace Suite but at the Continentale Hotel nearby. That hotel is very nice, has an excellent lounge and restaurant and would be the better choice for short stay visitors to Trieste. "

"Everything was just fine, comfortable beds, great location, attentive staff. A minor issue was some of the doors on the 4th floor were not properly aligned. Needed to be slammed to make it shut completely. Could disturb other guests. "

"I liked the ambiance, the decor and the attractive lobby.Nic was very kind when we arrived a little too early and asked to store our luggage. Some of the room features were a bit worn: the toilet seat slid around and the facet was wobbly. The bathroom window handle was broken and wouldn’t open the window. I thought there should have been some instruction about the electrical. We couldn’t get the fridge to work because we kept turning off the master electrical switch."

"Perfect for us transiting over night. 10 min to the Grande Canal one way and 10 min to the train station the other. It was about a 17 minute walk from the cruise ship and really easy to find. Nice room with really great noise-cancelling windows to the street noise. Room was really nice and the breakfast was A M A Z I NG!! "

"My family and I stayed here because we were taking a cruise out of Trieste. The hotel was clean and very modern (I’m guessing recently updated). The staff were very friendly and several eateries are within walking distance. The cruise terminal is also within walking distance from the hotel so no need for a cab. It’s a short ride from the Trieste airport maybe 20/25 minutes at the cost at the time was about $85 Euros. "
