I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish. "first of all the property was extremely clean and tidy location midway between downtown and country if you need a quiet retreat with plenty of fresh air then this is definitely the ideal place. if you are the adventurous type then I would reccomend some type of private transportation, having said all that you will enjoy your stay at the Mangroves."
