Great location. The hotel is somewhat older and could definitely use a refresh. The service and food were excellent. The beach is lovely. The nearby stable brings their horses to the water early in the morning to give them a swim. It was magical and memorable.

At different times, our 3 night stay was made memorable by some staff members such as Shaquille, Carla, Sophia and Margaret in Dining and Akeela ar the concierge desk. Otherwise from entering the property and checking in there were no feeling of welcome or friendliness.

The front desk manager was very kind and helpful and made sure our issues were resolved promptly. The attendant at Neptunes Grill was rude and unpleasant.The food and drinks were sub par and the kids menu is very limited. Hotel needs major upgrades. Nothing in comparison to Radisson in Grenada. I will not recommend.

The staff is welcoming, but the property is run down and there’s rust everywhere. The sliding glass door was falling off. Walking aisles beyond the front desk and elevators were very dirty and smelly. The pictures online has to be pictures from when the building was new because it is a completely different hotel now and it’s not worth the price with its conditions.

The structure is very old. There are no plugs in the room to charge phones and other things. The wifi is terrible, almost non-existent. Staff pretty rude and it was not possible to book tours by paying by credit card. To withdraw cash we had to walk to the Hilton! We also paid for a tour of less than an hour, more than double the price offered elsewhere. I would never recommend this accommodation.

Hotel has a beautiful ocean view. However, the bath tub/sink was stained and moldy. Most of the staff were very nice but there was an extremely rude male house keeping staff/manager that gave me trouble for asking for shampoo/conditioner (I did not need my room cleaned that day and only needed some shower amenities refilled). He was extremely condescending and disrespectful and spoke to me like I was a child that didn’t understand what shampoo/conditioner was by asking me what was in my hand (a single bottle of shampoo) when he refused to give me conditioner. When I clarified I needed both, he reluctantly and rudely handed me a bottle of conditioner. As a customer that stayed for four nights, I don’t understand why I’m not able to have my amenities refilled. We also left tip for housekeeping staff when our room was cleaned. This room was booked for two people (including myself). If we are required to bring our own shower amenities because the hotel cannot provide that for guests that stay for multiple nights we should be notified of that. Although I’ve never experienced this at a hotel, that would at least prepare me to bring my own amenities. In this area, it was also hard to access walkable convenience stores to purchase anything we might need. I would not go back to this hotel or recommend to my friends. The beach area is also very small with limited chairs/umbrellas on sunny days. I saw many other nicer hotels when I walked along the beach that I regret not booking.

The beach/towel guys were great!! Front desk ladies were very friendly. The bar staff were less than friendly. No Bloody Mary's??? Water was beautiful. When booking our hotel it sure didn't show how run down the building was.

The building is dated but they keep it very clean. You are located on one of the best beaches in Barbados and if you rise early enough you can catch the horse on the beach each morning.

The property is located in an area that's easily accessible to public transport. Additionally there are a number of options for dining etc within walking distance. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The food was also good. The building is visibly in need of maintenence throughout. The room is a bit dated however the beds were comfortable.

We’ve stayed at the Radisson Aquatica many times and although the rooms are dated, they are clean, the staff are so friendly & helpful which makes ys go back each year. Staff are constantly cleaning throughout the hotel. It’s on one of the best beaches on the island & is walkable to food vans & other eateries. We’ll be back again this year!

Most reviews say that the property is dated, which it is. It could certainly benefit from some investment to update and renovate. That said, the staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating where possible. The location is AMAZING, right on the beach (where you can swim with the horses) and free deck chairs, beach towels and parasols are provided. You can also walk along the beach to find other restaurants and bars, or, take the local ‘party bus’ taxi service from just outside the hotel, which runs very frequently, to get to Bridgetown in one direction, or The Boardwalk and Oistins in the other direction. Had a fabulous time due to affordability, warm welcome and location of the Radisson.
