The contact person argued about leaving 4 towels when there was clearly only 2 in the room and when 8 asked if they can bring me the 2 towels needed, her excuse was they are out of town. The other person Galvin, did not even bother answering his phone. I called to let them know that I am checking out early due to the condition of the property, but no one has communicated...
