The exterior was a little outdated but the exterior was very clean. The rooms had new laminate planks. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well as bathrooms.

the one bed suites are very spacious and comfortable, very nice for an extended stay. The pool area is beautiful, but the pool is not heated. The bar and restaurant staff are fabulous and the food is great.

Our stay was very disappointing due to a serious safety issue. None of the key cards were working for any of the hotel rooms. Guests were told to leave the interior door latch engaged when leaving, which meant the doors could not close properly. This felt incredibly unsafe. Every time we left the room, we had to return to the front desk to be let back in, which was extremely inconvenient. It’s a shame, because the hotel has a lot of potential. The pizza was delicious, and the bar and pool area were actually very nice.

Room service really was not room service. Had to call up and pick up meal only to return to room and discover no utensils. They have a policy of not changing sheets for 3 days if multiple

Room was clean, but the previous user left a jacket in the closet. There was no remote for the TV, but they provided one as soon as we mentioned it. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
