Upon check-in we were a little disappointed in our room (1bedroom). After posting a comment in Expedia, the property manager contacted us and offered to change our room to the newer tower. Once we moved our experience was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright. Beach was quiet and water was warm and there was great snorkeling. Food was very good with a particular shout out to Oro which was phenomenal. Would definitely come back.

I had an issue with my reservation, but the supervisor, Janel, resolved it within a couple of hours. The space is quiet and peaceful, though smaller than it appears in the photos. Overall, it was a good experience. If you're looking for a place to escape and clear your mind, this is the perfect spot.

I booked a stay at O2 Beach Club & Spa, expecting a high-quality experience as represented online. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved room was unavailable due to mold remediation and HVAC issues. Instead, I was offered a substitute room that was dirty, uncomfortable, and far below the quality advertised. For the price charged, this hotel does not meet the promised standards. The condition of the rooms is unacceptable, and the lack of communication about maintenance issues prior to arrival is highly unprofessional. I had no choice but to rebook with another hotel after traveling for hours. I would not recommend O2 Beach Club & Spa to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodations or a smooth, stress-free stay.

The O2 is a lovely hotel with a great position on the beach. The views are amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the world go by. Good choice of restaurants and we also visited their sister hotel for dinner one night which was a nice alternative. The sea in front of the hotel was too rough to swim in whilst we were there, but there are alternative beaches with better swimming conditions within walking distance. We hired a car so were able to explore further afield which worked well for us. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly and helped us to hire the car as well. Whilst Oro is their fine dining restaurant, we did find the atmosphere less relaxed than the other restaurants and didn’t particularly enjoy the pianist. Entertainment elsewhere was good and there was a good selection of drinks and cocktails available. We spent our second week in self catering and found that the cost of food and drink is pretty expensive on the Island, which made us realise that the all inclusive is pretty good value for money. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

My son was awakened every morning at 5:30am by the rooster owned by the people across the street. The menus offered by the restaurants (except Oro) was limited. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but in the end the resort overcharged me by more than $6K USD.

All the staff were great! Dining at ORO after a spa experience at the AQUA is a MUST! The cocktail options were best, no additional charges! Highly recommended to try OASIS coffee bar, try “ANYTHING YOU LIKE” drink made by TRISHA! Cleanliness of the hotel plus the beach add up to a relaxing holiday vibe! We got to experience to see newly hatch turtles along the beach! Kudos to the rescue team as well as the staff who made sure for their safety! BARBADOS is one of a kind, from the people, food and beach!
