"I loved my stay at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. I found it to be within a 30 minute walk of the major sites on West Lake near the parliament building. The side streets were also full of amazing food stalls, cool vintage stores and other shopping options which was great. The staff were all amazing and full of suggestions on things to do. And, the travel desk was amazing at setting up some day tours around the city and nearby, including private transportation, which made getting around easy. Would...

"It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm. "
