"Loved the Hospitality, the front desk and most certainly the Housekeeper staff was excellent!!! The dinning staff was also very good. Pool drink Service was almost non existent. Even when walking over to the bar there at times were no bar tenders present . Require a few more poolside lounger chairs as between 2 pools there are only 10 . "We really like it at Rooms Huatulco. It’s the second year for us. It’s a small property and you get to know everyone by socializing around the pool. We like being able to cook some meals. The house keeping is excellent. One gal does it all. It’s central enough to walk many places or take a quick trip to the beaches in a taxi. "

Everything was going good untill the sun started going down and this place went downhill faster than the sun set. There was no hot water. It was luke warm. The pillows were as flat as a folded towel.
