Chrissy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating We changed rooms because our first room was not clean and had an odor. The next time I choose a Holiday Inn Express I will ask if it has been updated. This was not the case for the room we were in.

As parents of an FSU student, we love to visit this property. It is cost-effective and clean, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The staff is very friendly, and most of the guests during our stay were parents, which gave us a sense of community.

My family and I traveled all day long from Houston to here. The front desk lady assigned us a room already taken, and after she changed our room we went again to the lobby because keys didn’t work. Very dirty bath tub, toilet and carpet in the room. Breakfast wasn’t enough for all (running out of food). We have been in others Holiday In, but in this one we’ve had a very bad experience.
