The rooms are very old and our room had mold. The staff did not do a thing about it. The gym was dirty and equipment does not work! The pool was incredibly dirty!! Full of sand and very trashy! The restaurant was very low quality food and the service was even worse. The beach chairs are very very old! On top of that, they only allow you two and if you want another then they will charge you extra. Even if no one else is at at the beach! This hotel is awful! It really is! I won’t stay there again!!! Cheap but they nickel and dime you and it adds up and you realize that you should have stayed elsewhere soon after arriving.

We love the hotel! The employees make it great. We have stayed several times and the front desk, bar tender, waitress all exceptional. The front desk staff are super helpful. I had my 90 year old mother in law in the restaurant and she does not speak English, the hostess came over and translated the menu for her. Outstanding!

Beautiful ocean view, the help was great, the food was delicious, the room was very nice, the pool was very clean, nice and warm. The hot tub area was in need of updating.
