"The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was included in the cost of our room and had a wide variety of dishes to try. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so that something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back."

"The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They gave us a room with a beautiful view of Taipei 101 and it was very easy to walk to it and to the mall. Plus it was only a couple of minutes away from the metro. They had a restaurant on the second floor with good food and we ate there during our stay. But other dining and shopping options are very close to the property. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The building is magnificent, clean, historic. The room is very well maintained, breakfast is great but not beyond expectation. Consignee service is great, and door keepers are super friendly, helping me open taxi door. Gym is great, provide clean towels and the staff is friendly to open and close doors for me. The tour guide for the underground tunnel did a great job. Overall, wonderful experience. Definitely will live in here again when i visit Taipei"

"I really like that there's a direct entrance from the metro exit that brings you all the way to the hotel. My room came with a bathtub that I was not aware but that was good surprise."

"A fantastic stay - room was a really good size with a separate bathroom and shower area. Located in a nice, quiet area - the bed was really comfortable and slept really well. There was a kettle, so you could make hot drinks, as well as a small fridge which was really useful. There was a supermarket, literally next door, where you could buy things. Spotlessly clean throughout the whole property and rooms were cleaned and everything replenished daily. The breakfast was varied and plentiful - all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and our was very quick - I would definitely stay here again."
