"Such an incredible experience. Staff was EXCELLENT. They took VERY good care of us. Including helping us find a local emergency room for some stitches my Mom had to get. She fell at a market and they really helped us so much! It’s frightening when you don’t speak the local language but they made everything a wonderful easy experience. I’m touched by how wonderful these people are. When you include how absolutely gorgeous this hotel is, it’s a winning decision to stay here. Don’t hesitate. They will take good care of you! The view of the 101 is STUNNING! And the food and shopping in the basement of the 101 made it a PERFECT place to stay when visiting Taipei!!! I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough!!!"

"There is a slight inconsistency of information given to the customers between the hotel staff and the restaurant. On Sunday morning (2/9), my friends and I were wanting to have breakfast at 1st floor restaurant but was told by the staff standing next to the elevator that the restaurant is full even we told him that we saw there are spaces. Then we decided to check with the restaurant directly, and the staff from the restaurant happily welcomed us to seat in and enjoy our breakfast. This makes us wonder why were we told differently before and perhaps there should be better communication between the hotel staff and the restaurant staff. Thanks. "

"This is precious landmark hotel in Taipei just like a palace. The building is beautiful and magnificent. The room is quiet and comfortable. Bathroom has tub and separated shower room. If you do not have rental car, in order to go around in the city, you have to take hotel shuttle to go subway station. The shuttle runs daily every 20 minutes. I paid $25 for breakfast, food has good varieties, but taste is average."

"The property is in an excellent location, very near the Taipei Main Station, and just beside a mall where you can access the subway.The VIP room is quite big.They have a very good breakfast buffet.The staff are very kind,friendly,polite and very helpful.Highly recommended. "
