"Feel unsafe because two stairs and the elevator are side by side and far away from room. The bathroom is very dark."

"The room is extremely dark even with all lights in. Staff are professional in a way but they are definitely not consider as "friendly." Also, they are extremely pricy, so with a rate like what they offer, I would choose their neighbor, same building, similar pricing, less luxurious but definitely more welcoming and comfortable "

Hotel is right next to a metro station and walkable to the main train station. Hotel staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The hotel has several excellent restaurants, and there are good dining and coffee options around the hotel as well. "
