"This was my second reservation for this hotel. In my first reservation things did not go well. This reservation things were much better. We had a very large room. Two floors. Good for 4. Booked for two nights. That also included four free breakfasts for each morning. We were only two. Because of a change in schedule we could not stay the whole night on the second night. "The area was nice, conveniently located in the downtown area, and the staff there is excellent. They also provide a free breakfast as well. There were some insects in the bathroom, but that is not unusual in Tacloban. Overall the stay was very enjoyable."

"I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR."
