"Location is ideal. Walk to Superdone, Tulane Med, and French Quarter while avoiding super drunk crowds. Hosts were so responsive. We had a delayed departure due to New Year’s Day attack and they allowed us to keep our luggage in room to get to see the Sugar Bowl before catching a flight. We will definitely be coming back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Entire hotel was very clean. The staff were all very nice. Beds were comfortable with the exception of having a thin blanket versus a comforter. I am sure it is easier to clean, though. I read before booking that parking was nearby, safe and reasonable at $35/night.It was close, convenient and felt safe. "What a lovely place to stay. The Rubenstein was perfectly located for all of my needs, including business meetings (purpose of my trip) and walkable access to excellent music, culture, and food. Joel also makes the most delightful Sazerac and provides excellent company behind the bar. He provided great recommendations for off the beaten path experiences that I wouldn't have otherwise encountered. Will most certainly stay here again next time I'm in NOLA!"
