ibis Swansea

3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (1000)

The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive ,...

"A very handy hotel for visiting Swansea or Morriston including the hospital, some 10 to 15 minutes drive away. "Well managed friendly hotel. Good that they provide dedicated chalets in the grounds for guests with dogs, however allowing dogs in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very disappointing and unhygienic. A large mongrel was being fed toast from the table!"

"Amazing views right on the beach. Quick access to coastal path for walks. Very clean kitchen, showers and lounge. Would suggest bringing food with you to cook as limited food options in the area. First YHA stay, we were very impressed. "
