"Wonderful maintenance staff. Greeters/receptionists were amicable, knowledgeable and well rounded. The property is well kept and is really blessed with flora and fauna. "Interesting and creative huts built out of natural materials. No locks but there are safes in each room. No AC, but there are big nets and fans. Great location and an awesome semi-private beach (local surfers paddle up and hang out there too). Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Stay here if you want a true Jamaican experience and are ok with uneven ground and creative spaces. "

"The Match Hotel more than exceeded our exceptions. It's an older property that shows a few wrinkles, but more than makes up for this in the friendliness of its staff. They aren't intrusive, but so personable. The property is quiet. The inner courtyard is so under-utilized but yet so peaceful and elegant. I wish Match has every success so their efforts are appreciated by more customers. Despite not having the customers to justify a dinner service, we asked and they cooked a special meal...
