"The service was amazing, the complimentary room upgrade and drink was a lovely surprise for our anniversary and we are very grateful! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Only one negative was we found a sealed new packet of cigarettes in the bed side table and there was a beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette buts in but other than that everything was clean and tidy."

"By the river, this hotel is ideally situated for exploring Cambridge. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are well appointed, cosy and very clean. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple.
