Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was excellent with quality food and friendly staff. The negative is the parking situation, with the NCP car park recommended by the hotel costing a shocking £29.00 for an overnight stay ( Arrived at 18:00 and departed at 08:00 the next day). As someone who travels around the UK for my job, this was extortionate and the highest price I have paid for overnight parking recommended by a hotel. Would put me off staying here in future, which is unfortunate.

Lovely hotel close to Cambridge station (25min walk to town centre) Pros Clean Great shower and fully towels Good selection of hot drinks in the room, although not topped up. The hotel has a very new and fresh feeling to it, everything is very clean and has a lovely smell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The only negative is the room service food we received was terrible. The chips were cold and undercooked, the pizza's were completely burnt and tasted like cheap frozen supermarket ones. Very disappointing.

The staff all were excellent and really accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent having a wide range of cold and hot food. The location was good being close to the station and the botanic gardens and not too far from the centre.

Like the lobby staff, always wear big smiles and keen to help. Super close to railway central station and bus stops. Around 20 mins of walk between hotel and city center / major Cambridge colleges but lots of good restaurants like Golpo, Northern China Dunpling along the way. Rooms are retro style and spacious
