"I didn’t realised that immigrants are staying at that hotel. Kids are wondering around at the car park and playing. Security are all round. I didn’t expect security at the hotel. First when we enter bit worried. But later we are fine inside our room."

"We had a family room, 3 adults and 2 children, at the last minute we had to bring the dog, Lorraine was very accommodating, we stayed for 2 nights and only got charged £10 extra for the dog, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay here again. Excellent parking at the hotel."

"The property was brilliant and we will book again. We have family in tbe area and this was a great base for us. One small criticism is the heating. There is only one radiator in tbe lounge dining area and this was insufficient in a cold spell."
