" We really like our stay at the hotel but didn’t really like the kitchen area in the room and dining table. We didn’t really like that whilst laying in bed you could see the kitchen. Our room also overlooked a car park which isn’t the greatest view. In saying that, I would stay here again, but in a different layout room like our friend’s room, where the kitchen is in the entrance, not the main part of the room. The hotel staff were 10/10 and the hotel has a really nice, cool, stylish vibe."

"Brilliant accommodation! Fantastic service. A very good restaurant; though I shouldn’t have to leave my building for the restaurant. The parking garage wasn’t bad but it was difficult to find a parking spot but the staff service was really helpful and nice. Overall our stay was very great. Thank you. We hope to be back!"

"Love this place. The use of the old building is amazing and the rooms have everything for a home from home. The staff are fabulous so you feel very welcome and the bonus is location and all the options for takeaway dinner inside the exchange "

"Delightful little apartment style hotel in the heart of Warrington. Be ready to walk upstairs because there isn’t an elevator, but otherwise I could not have been happier with the location and amenities. Was easily able to exit and get to the city center easily, or either main train station by foot"

"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"First impression matters the most and I will say when I walked into the hotel it was very pretty, clean and warm. I felt very safe and at ease each time I come back to the hotel after a long day out. Breakfast was really amazing as well as the dinning option. I didn’t really see the need to have room service just to have extra 6 GPB each time. Very convenient the bus and metro is close to as well as Picadilly station. I will recommend this place "
