Lovely staff. Easy check in and the soundproofing in the rooms is an enormous benefit. No more being disturbed by noises from other rooms. Well situated, great for transport links and for exoloring the city.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that let down our stay was a function on in the evening which we were not informed about on check in. We stayed on the 8th floor and the function rooms are on the 9th. Music did not get switched off until 1am, which when you have a long day of travel the next day it's not ideal. I'd suggest if you're staying for a chilled night away you ask at reception to be put on a lower floor.

Voco was perfectly placed for enjoying Manchester’s night life and the gay village. It was easy to walk there from Manchester Piccadilly station, as well. And we really enjoyed the good options that are nearby.
