"Our stay at the Woolpack was absolutely fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival - with an extra TV room - even though they didn’t need to, and the beds were so comfy, both of us had a wonderful night’s sleep. Despite the fact we accidentally came down to breakfast 10 mins before it ended, they still accommodated us, and it was a very good breakfast, with lots of options! On the second night, we ate at the restaurant and the food was cooked perfectly, topped off with a complimentary bottle of wine...

"You couldnt get more friendly people and so very nice . . The hotel is a bit dated but very clean . However the beds are way to thin so the sleep was a bit uncomfortable and walls are very thin so was awake at 6am listening to the neighbours radio.
