Our one-night stay was absolutely wonderful. Every employee had a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL****** It’s advertised as luxury but is no better than a holiday inn… in fact the beds at holiday inn are better, the beds are two single beds pushed together advertised as a super king size, when bought to the attention of the management the response is that’s what most hotels do? Yes maybe cheap low budget hotels but not ones advertised as luxury, complete RIP OFF. Worst hotel in Kent.
