"Clean and nice hostel, family room we stayed is kind of warm but lucky there is a fan at the walkway we used it to cool down our room. This hostel do not allowed food and drinks in the room (whereby no Bin provided in the room), it is kind of inconvenient to go down to the rest room to throw rubbish. Mixed rest room do not have shelving to put your stuff, it only have few hooks to hang your items in the shower room (a bit inconvenient). Except the individual rest room (such as Men or Women)...

"Highly recommend! We stayed in the private 4 bedroom suite which was the most unique hotel room I have ever stayed in and super cute and the perfect size for our group. The hotel was so great and had all the necessary amenities. "What a beautiful place to stay! The apartment was clean and the bed and bathroom were excellent. It was located within walking distance of many attractive areas, but the walk was not the most pleasant, but still well located! The staff were very kind and helpful, but spoke no English. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Bangkok, especially at such a cheap cost."

"So many unexpected and well thought out details, very functional, like the best toilet roll holder ever - folds flat onto the wall when taking the roll off. The lighting options were extraordinary, being able to have sublte light from the headboard, or a bit more when turning on the bar light. Also a light that turns on automatically when opening the wardrobe doors helps a great deal. Having electric curtains and blinds makes it a true five star hotel. The widest bed ever, felt plush. Also the towels were so plush and absorbant, just felt wonderful to use. The slippers were similar. All together, very pleasant and well thought through. There was one memorable interaction. I had a pink store bag and made the mistake of placing it between the waste bin and the wall. Housekeeping (understandably) took the bag. At first I thought there was just some loose change in the bottom, but then I realized some expensive sunglasses were in there. When going down to reception to see what could be done, the receptionist who checked me sensed my hesitation and discomfort, listened with concern and empathy which was greatly appreciated. Five or ten minutes later there was a knock on my hotel room door and I was reunited with the bag and sunglasses. Housekeeping was very kind and so appolagetic. As for the receptionist: she’s manager material and the hotel can be proud to have her."
