"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "The hotel is in a prime location — a beautiful place to stay in Bern, just a short walk from Bern Station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also excellent. We stayed during an exceptionally hot summer, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up with the heat. However, the hotel staff were very understanding and helpful; they promptly provided extra fans to make our stay more comfortable."

"Everything was nice and clean. The community area and kitchen was perfect for us. Was also really close by to the train station which was convenient for us. I would definitely stay again if I ever came back to visit ."
