Our room looked directly onto Sunshine st facing east. The noise level was surprisingly low, from the outside and around the hallways and other rooms. Very cute, great coffee in the rooms, nice bed and pillows, and we loved the rainfall showerhead! We will definitely stay in this well-situated hotel again!

The room was clean as was the facility. However, the room was tiny. Could barely walk around the bed. Also, the street noise was bothersome. It sits on one of Springfield's busiest streets. We stayed here because of a plumbing emergency and chose this place because it is close to our house and is fairly new. We tolerated the room size because of the situation. It would not have sufficed if we had been traveling. The staff was friendly.

Loved this place. Super cute. Tv had Netflix, youtube and etc. the only reason its 4 is because it has thin walls. I stayed to visit family and i had my 14 month old with me. Im glad she never fully woke up but the amount of times she moved around due to the drunk neighbors laughs through the walls. It was upsetting but never got to the point where i had to say something. Stay somewhere else if you are a light sleeper or have kids who are too. But all in all. I loved it. Very comfy beds and adjustable ac and heating system.
