"Travelling from Scotland to London, got train from Gatwick to London Bridge, so it was very local and adjacent to the brilliant Borough Market. Offered an upgrade on arrival and staff very courteous and welcoming. Walked to LB Underground to access the O2 arena and were able to walk around Tower of London/Sky Garden/ St Paul’s Cathedral/ Tate Modern and Borough Market "

"This was the perfect hub for our London trip. A short walk to the Tower Bridge station, great free breakfast and coffee, and a clean well equipped room. The only drawback was that their laundry room had been out of commission- they walked us over to a sister hotel so we could do our laundry so while not as convenient as having it in our hotel, they had a workable solution. Gus on reception was particularly helpful, our first room was too hot (we didn’t realise the window could open - but nonetheless Gus was happy to provide us with an alternative, cooler room. "
