"The hotel is lovely and modern, staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness and in particular the bathroom were great. My only real criticism (and apparently I’m not the first) is the overly frosted glass in the room/sealed windows. Windows being sealed at a hotel is nothing new, sometimes however the option to let fresh air in is appreciated. However the real irritant was the frosted windows to point that basically no natural light can penetrate the room. I’m not asking for an amazing...

"The hotel was amazing. Great location near southwark tube. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Only reason i didnt mark perfect is because the shower overflowed onto bathroom floor which meant my son didnt have time to shower."

"Well located. Waterloo Station is very convenient. The only issue was the fire alarm rang a few times. There was no public address system to let guests know it was a false alarm. If there was a PA system, they didn’t use it. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. "
