"It is a good stay overall. However, a female, who appeared to be in a senior position or manager for morning breakfast, was very uncheerful, unhappy and hostile. She had no smile or happy face and looked to be unhappy with her job. She is the person who is in the wrong job. Apart from facing her unhappy face in the morning breakfast, the services are good."

"Very well located. Clean room with a huge & comfortable bed & nice river view. Breakfast amazing with so many choices. Staff very kind, helpful and attentive. Esp mention to Hana, Bella & Ivy. Appreciated the card , made our stay and anniversary memorable. Thank you so much. Would stay here again next time and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel to stay in HCM!"

"This is a great hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Staff were brilliant, nothing too much for them to organising transport or information about the city, bar staff even remembered what wine we liked each night. Breakfast has got to be one of the best I have had and only 20 dollars. Not the cheapest of hotels but still good value for money"

"Excellent central location in Saigon, with many walkable sights nearby. Breakfast and bar were first rate. Gym was roomy and well-equipped, located adjacent to a nice pool. Helpful staff….no complaints!"
